Change Take Control Of Your Life


The first step towards taking control of your life is to being aware that the life you presently live can and will change.  There is no need to live a mediocre live and to plod along thinking it is your fate or destiny.

Change is one of those things that the majority of people dislike hearing, however change happens all the time.  It is neither good nor bad, it is the meaning that we attach to it that makes it either good or bad.  Just as such that you are not given a good or bad life, you are given a life to live the way you chose.  How we live our live determines our path.  Our perception plays and important part in the change in our lives.

Change for some people happens in stages, one step at a time.  Dramatic changes cause the system to rebel and many people find that they successful.  They just go back to where they were.  Start small…start by changing your daily habits.  For example, when you wake up in the morning, do you get up?  Or do you press the snooze button on your alarm and continue to sleep?  For 30 days, when you alarm goes off, get up straight away.  tell yourself that when you wake up you get up.  It’s going to be a battle because it is not what your system is used to.  Once you master your mind, you will find tat you master what your body can do.


Our daily part a huge part in the progress that we make in life.  Paradigms (a multitude of habits) literally play a role in the way we see things, the way we think, our logic and many more.  Our habit are what stops us from achieving our goals.  Once you change the way you think, the way you carry out you daily routine, you will shift the way things happen for you.

Whether we welcome change or not, it is inevitable because we live in a changing world.  Nothing stays the same.  The seasons change, the weather is never the same, children grow.  We live in a changing world.  Some change may be relatively easy other change may be painful but it all happens.

Sometimes, the pain from change happened when we realise that something we though was working is not.  This can be hard to accept, but acceptance ensure faster progress towards our goal.  The only thing that stops us is fear-not of fear but of fear itself.

Make the shift.
Make Progress.
Embrace the Change.
